Insurance: I accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP).

I am in network with Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Regence, First Choice Health Network, Moda, Providence, and PacificSource.

If you are interested in private pay, please contact me for rates. I can also accept out of network clients for other insurances and can provide you a superbill for insurance reimbursement.

Schedule: I offer afternoon and evening sessions throughout the week as well as every other Saturday. I see clients in person or via telehealth.
